Screen Free Week (we used to call it TV Turn Off Week – but there is so much more today) is an experiment in life without screens and a way to examine the role that screens play in our lives. It’s a bit like a camping trip –you take your family camping not because you expect to live in the wild forever, but as a way to get away and experience a different approach to life. In the same way, spending a week without screens will help you plan a more “screen smart life”!
Below you will find everything you need to have a successful Screen Free Week.
